Drunk Driving Restoration requires 6 - 12 months sobriety depending on factors such as number of prior offenses, level of prior intoxication, diagnoses of dependency, relapse history and other relevant factors.

2. that the risk of you repeating the act of drunk driving is low or that you are a minimal risk,
3. that you are motivated to operate safely withing the law.
